Brian JDo to fligth delay we was not able to catch the prepayed and ordered bus on time.
We contacted the service center over 24 hours before bus depature from BKK airport asking if it was possible to change the ticket.
The answer was No. You could at least have refound the ticket amound.
I think we will add you to Trust Pilot when I get home.

Yiu SBkk to hua hin RRC bus station.Booked through the 12go app , price was 425 baht, but if you turn up at the counter it is 325 baht. For me it was peace of mind, that my seat was secured for the time booked. If you turn up at counter you may get lucky and be on next bus or you may have to wait a hour or two for next one. You wait in the airport near the counter , the staff will gather you 15 min before the bus leaves , just follow, and they will tell you which bus you are on, as there could be multiple buses leaving at a similar time , someone got on the wrong bus, he was going to Pattaya, your allocated a seat number and he was sitting in there seat , medium size coach with toilet, reclining chairs. Travel time depends on traffic, When you get to RRC bus station, there is a mini bus there which will take you to your hotel 100 baht per person. Just see the staff which will note down your hotel for the driver. Ideal for the solo traveler, obviously if there is four ppl , it may be cheaper getting a taxi .

Brecken Bus arrived earlier than predicted. Bus station, next the airport, modern and spacious. If heading further into town, shuttle service is provided for 100 thb per person. Buy tickets from the driver.

Monika KThe air-conditioning is every time too cold. All passenger have had cold. This is absolutely not necessary as people's have to stay in the bus during about 4 hours. Really too long for stay in a fridge. I can not understand why they put the aircon SOOOO cold.... Nobody wants this!

George CThe driver drove very fast and with rough road, the bus was swaying back and forth a lot.
The driver was in a hurry because he was honking his horn at other vehicles which is unusual to hear from Thai drivers.
It was quite uncomfortable.

Adrian HUsed this service over a dozen times. Straight forward amd smooth operation from start to finish. Easy to find the departing bus and most often arrived early in Hua Hin terminal. This was the first time the bus stopped 3 times. Once at check in station near Pretchaburi, town centre Cha Am and I would guesa a pee break for the driver. Seats are great and easy to sleep. They offer water, but with such bumpy roads the toilet is a major obstacle, suggest a visit to the bathroom before departure.

David CArrived Bangkok , went down to the ground floor where the buses leave from there 8s a bus desk with names of places the buses leave from amd with times of next available bus. I had booed the 12.30 pm and the 2.30 pm bus as recent world events could have an impact on when planed and getting through Thai immigration. , I was right to do so as immigration was very busy and slow to get through , allow an hour at least . Directed by staff from outside the office to correct bus stand, boarded air conditioned bus with recliner seats , water given . Great three hour journey down to HuA Hi, . Excellent organisation and booking process on line with 12 GO.
