Easy to find the ticket counter on the lower ground floor after baggage collection and although quite busy,I managed to check in with ease and also buy my return ticket for my flight to Manchester the following week. Bus left on time and took only 3 not 4 hours to reach the terminus from where i transferred to a shuttle bus to my digs for just 100 bath... couldn't be simpler Highly recommend this transport option

Really need to do something for the toilet smell! Especially for those seating at the rear of the bus it was a nightmare. Each time someone was getting in and out it became unbearable and we had to put our noses under our t-shirts! If people start to go on the toilet early, then the trip will be a nightmare. Please do something for the toilet or just close it. It's only a 3/3,5h journey, just make a quick toilet stop halfway for everyone and let the toilet only for emergencies like if someone is sick and so on. Without the toilet problem, it would be a 5 star experience.

In general, for everything else the journey with them is smooth, but they really need to do something for the bad smell with the onboard toilet as it can worsen significantly the experience. At the beginning all is good, but after it has been used a couple of times you start smell the very bad smell coming from it, and if you're unlucky and people start using it early, you'll have to breath it all the way. Luckily I had a mint inhaler last time but for abouy 2 hours it was pretty bad. I don't know how those taking the bus for the way back right after us could survive. Hopefully they emptied it, but still. I don't know the solution but it needs one as it's bad if you seat close to it especially. Honestly It'd be better to close it and only let it use if people as for an 'emergency', and plan a half way stop for toilet instead, we were almost 1h early on schdule anyway. Fix that and it's 5 stars
