Very rushed to get on the early bus which was fine umtil half way they overpacked the bus snd people were on the floors. Not impressed you pay for a seat for your luggage and then u dont even have enough room to sit on the ridiculous long trip. We should of arrived by 2.40 we arrived well after 3.30 which id hate to think how late the 9.40 bus was. So mamy stops for pickups on the way. Absolutely terrible. Without a toilet break or being told this is a toilet break. If we did get off we would have lost our seats

I decided to book a minivan, as we always had the best experience with those. Instead it was a tiny bus with basically no space for any luggage (luckily we only travel with one backpack). The driver kept picking up people at random places. He also only left the station half an hour late, although everybody was on board on time. The „highlight“ was when the driver stopped to pick up a cage with two squirrels. They were clearly in distress and were making sounds of horror which was just awful. He dropped them off about two hours later. We were close to leaving the bus and paying a taxi instead, that’s how uncomfortable we were with the whole situation. Overall almost 1 hours delay.

RE: 465 Bus from Surat Thani to Phuket. The service was poor, waiting area dirty. Poor communication on where to put bags (couldn’t put large bag under the bus), no information on stops, amount of stops or how long they were for. Critical to know, as there was no toilet on the bus (6+ hour journey). Other passengers also mentioned that the staff were unhelpful. Journey itself was okay, we arrived about 45 minutes late, variance to be expected. The seats are actually not to bad. It’s an okay journey for the budget conscious. FYI: no charging ports in bus, no toilet, very old bus. It will however arrive at your destination.

Horrible experience. Not safe at all. Driver is constantly reading messages on his phone and doing calls while driving. Also running red lights and overtaking in dangerous way. Charging extra and more than local cabs to bring you to your final destination. Although all passengers have to do a detour or even have to leave the vehicle to go to the final stop by bus.

The mini van was on time and the air con was good, the van did stop off a few times on the way to drop off / pick up passengers / parcels however we still arrived in Phuket on time.

Van was comfortable, had charging ports and air conditioning. Driver was nice but kept yelling at us no smoking even though no one was smoking. He drove very fast and made everyone uncomfortable and a little car sick. We arrived 15 minutes earlier than advertised. Good value for money. I wish they let my group go on first as we were four people and everyone else was singles so we were all split up which was a big annoying
