Sevim OMore like a 2.5/5. The first half (by bus) was good - friendly and helpful driver, easy check in, air conditioned. The second half (minivan) was a horror show. It was infested by ants, which were crawling all over me. Driver was friendly, but 1. Asked for a 20 baht per person ‘convenience fee for passport stamping’ (we didn’t pay this in the end) - a very big deal was made of it and there was some shouting and mocking; 2. Was supposed to take us directly to our hotel in Penang, but was driving around in circles (despite it already being 3.5 hours past the estimated arrival time). He was also playing very loud music when all passengers were exhausted, wasn’t giving us any updates, and was chatting loudly to his friend. We got off and booked a taxi for the last 10 mins, so we could get home. Expect delays - one lady on our minivan had issues at immigration and we waited for AGES for her. Arrived at 9pm instead of 5pm. Cheap but pretty exhausting.

Evgenii CFake ticket with completely incorrect information. Departure instead of 7:30 at 8:30, transfer in Hat Yai at 15:00 and from there another 4-5 hours to Penang. The operator 12Go deceived us. We complained about the initial difference in arrival for 4 hours. The operator promised that we would be delivered to Penang at 18:00 but deceived, at 16:00 we just passed customs and there were 3 hours left to go to Penang. Due to the fault of 12Go, we missed the plane at 19:30. Our messages and demands for a refund were ignored.
