Super easy, someone was waiting for us at the exit of the trainstation. While waiting for the van we had the possibility to eat and drink something and go to the toilet. Drop off right in front of the ferry terminal and at arrival on the pier in Koh Samui again a van waiting for us. It was a nice and worry-free experience.

Very confusing about where we were going to get on the ferry. Staff need to be clearer on where the ferry port was they were using.I should have asked more questions maybe

This was very efficiently organised and also comfortable, but as previous reviewers have mentioned, the quoted arrival time of 11.30 is inaccurate, 12 would be a better estimate.
