The pictures of the seats you were supposed to be seated on when booking did not correspond to the bus we took. It was much lower standard than according to the pictures.

Communication was very easy and the company replied super fast. The car was comfortable for two people. The driver was excellent. We arrived perfectly on time even tho we stopped several times for toilet and snack breaks. 100% recommend.

The bus does not leave from bus hub in the centre of town. At their terminal it's possible to buy food and drink and there is a free toilet. The toilet on the bus was locked however and it was extremely difficult to notify the driver as there is no intercom, or any means of contacting the driver nor the bus company. If a medical emergency had happened on the bus there is no way to get assistance. Only persistent shouting got the drivers attention. There was no free water given out. The bus had a stop about two hours from Hua Hin.
