The driver was very skilled, but the scary thing was that he was driving at breakneck speed and talking on his phone constantly. This might be common in Thailand, but the majority of people on this bus were foreigners, so our safety was paramount. I'm writing this email because I arrived safely. If something were to go wrong... I doubt your company would be able to handle it and provide compensation. Safety awareness in this area should be prioritized. ** If you must talk on the phone, be sure to wear headphones

The bus from Surat Thani to Phuket was very comfortable, the temperature was perfect and there weren’t many people on the bus either so I had plenty of space. We stopped for a quick break as well which was good to go to the toilet or get a snack. I’m glad I chose to travel with Phantip.

Good organization and very friendly. One stop and close on time arrival. Everyone had a seat and bus was with aircon. You can order breakfast before departure to eat in or take away. It was very good one.

Bait and switch on the bus. The one in the picture on the website was nice and new the actual bus was old with worn out suspension. The driver was a little grumpy too.

I enjoyed the bus ride from Surat Thani to Phuket.. The bus was comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The driver was very careful and capable. You could sense that he knew the route and made adjustments for the roadworks as we went along. We had a 10 minute stop for a bite to eat and toilet break. Will definitely travel with them anytime.

Arrived with train from hua hin 9.40. The bus (10 .00 was gone so must go with 10.30. That bus was overbooked so must seat on fluor most of the road to phuket. Very bad and horrible.
