Our trip with Phantip was overall very well organized. The bus and ferry connections were smooth, and staff guided us clearly through each step. We did experience a delay with the ferry, but that was due to Seatran (a different company), so not Phantip’s fault. One thing to be aware of: Phantip arranged onward transfers for most passengers once we arrived on the island, but we were only informed about this option at the very end, when there were no spots left. It would have helped to know earlier, so we could plan accordingly. Overall, I would still recommend Phantip for reliable and coordinated travel — just make sure to ask in advance if you need a transfer on Koh Samui island upon arrival.

Transfer was fine but getting onto the ferry was appalling. No crowd control, stifling heat and pushing and shoving for 2 hours trying to get on board. Most people missed their ferry and were stampeding to get on the next one 1 hour later.

No told what was happening left late arrived very late. Tried to find out what was happening and was ignored. Then has paid for transfer to hotel and he dropped 2/4 passengers in the wrong hotel because he didn’t listen. We booked departure 1pm, but the lady at the pier said 2pm. 2times we Askese her. At 1pm a Ferry arrived and we asked a guy and he said that this is our ferry. We really had luck to catch it.

Never been treated that badly. The driver wouldnt answer a question and just turned around after a nice „excuse me“. No one of Phantip wanted to speak to us they only talked to people that spoke Thai and ignored us.
