The physical journey is fine, the bus was clean and drove safely, as was the boat. Our main issue was with the signage / clarity on where we needed to go for each stop. We missed our original bus as we was in the wrong place (thankfully we was able to get the next one) simply because the information was not provided clearly. The contact details are not clear either and we could not get through to them. The other issue was when we arrived on the island trying to find our transfer was hard, we was given a sign to look for however it did not depart from this sign, instead another therefore it was hard to know if this was the intended included travel.

The bus and the ferry were great. The company also sold us a shuttle pass to our hotel in Koh Samui and that was AWFUL. Do not buy that. They made us sit in a hot van for over an hour waiting for other passengers. Eventually we just left. Better to pay for your own grab than pay for that shuttle.

Excellent service and journey, all staff very friendly and informative, they even put me on an earlier travel slot at my request, everything was on time, driver waiting to collect us at the port, all was great. Will definitely use this travel company again.

Great experience, everything ran on time. However it would be good to be provided on the route. Once you get to the port at Surat Thank, you have to wait 1 hr for the ferry. I think if people get told this beforehand, they can buy snacks and drinks to prepare.
