1. Some people move the seat backward too much. It is not comfortable for the people who sit behind. 2. There is a bad smell in the bus. 3. Moisture is coming out and drops as a water drop from the air-conditioner. 4. Some people use Facebook and listen to music too loudly, and no one complains about them. It is a really bad thing.

If they say you will maybe change to other vehicles be prepared... because they mean it. I changed from bus to car, to small bus, to car, to small bus and all of that without knowing anything before. You never know how long you are gonna be in one vehicle or where exactly it will take you. In the end I arrived in one piece but this was definitely a journey.

Honestly, it wasn't horrible but definitely not ideal, we stopped once. I know timewise we had to do what we did to make the time, but I think at least letting passengers know beforehand would be good. Also, the lady who was on the bus knew no English and was not helpful. I wish she was at least more pleasant, if she wasn't able to communicate. I don't think I'll do it again.

Nice on time departure. Despite my length (2.00m )I expected they would reseat me after take off to a seat with some more legspace (business class was empty) No info from the flightdeck crew when we were holding on the apron after landing.

I arrived 2.5 hours late. The bus dropped me off on the other side of Phuket and told me to take a taxi. The first bus was very comfortable, the second was just okay. The drivers were still very friendly.
