We choose slow boat when we went to Koh Samet. It was ok. We came back from Koh Samet by speedboat. We booked our ticket from website. Boatpersons didn't take us, just say no, no.. We where told that deck 7 is for us, but one person says that it's 6 and one says 8... Nobody knows where we should be... Our boat was ment to left at 10.00 but we get our boat 10.10. We had booked taxi and it waited us at the ban phe pier. If you go to Koh Samet, don't do it online. Buy from the cashier and you get ticket. Show that ticket to boatperson and he can pick you up when it's your turn.

The transfer with the speedboat was perfect, the whole service was excellent from reception at the office, transport to the pier directly to the boat to fast departure even much earlier than the booked time. We recommend highly PN Group and would book there again without hesitation.

The staff were excellent. Speak English and give clear instructions on where to wait and come get you for the ferry. Also they handle your luggage from the ticket counter to the pier on the island.
