Marloes Normally we book via grab but this time it was all complicated and I wanted to try something else...so googled and I found 12go.asia ....we loved it totally easy, trustable and a good price ....so in the future we book our transport via 12go.asia !!!

Martyn SThe actual transfer was good however our speed boat arrived in from Phi Phi at the same time as another boat so our driver was stood at the wrong arrival point. Even though I advised it was the speedboat and not the ferry.
We found the driver holding out name card at the ferry arrival point once we had walked over.
The driver then advised he was parked outside and to wait in the pick up area only to be told that he couldn’t get into the car park so we had to then walk outside with all our cases. I assume this was to save him parking fees but not fully sure on the reason. It meant lugging cases around in 30 degrees and a 20 minute delay in leaving Rassada Pier which in context wasn’t that bad but at the time it’s annoying.
The rest of the journey to Patong was fine, I am just making anybody else aware of what to expect on arrival into Rassada Pier using this service.

Marisa TThe taxi didn’t show up at the time I requested so I had to call the operator and wait more than 30 minutes. It was extremely difficult to find the taxi since no license plate, name card, or company name was given to us to locate the driver.
When the driver finally did come, they stopped at a shop on the way to the airport and gave someone else a ride part of the way. It felt very strange since I had booked a private taxi. This, on top of being late made the experience very negative.
There are many taxis and minivans outside of the pier offering rides to the airport for the same rate so it would have been less of a headache to use one of those than to book ahead of time.
