Great. The service took 8.5 hours. It was an express bus but there are many pickup and drop off @ parcel stops for customers along the way, maybe 10 of each, passengers x2 toilet break. This is however a minor inconvenience, it saves vehicles on the road and saves time and money for all. The driver, assistant and everyone on the bus in general were friendly and helpful and interesting :) Lots of people from lots of different countries. The view is spectacular also as you head right through the middle of Khao Sok national park. No side of the bus is better for the view. They were both amazing. Thank you Go12 as well for making it easy. All I had to do was check-in 30 minutes prior to the bus leaving and get a boarding pass.

A shuttle picked me up at my hotel and left me in front of the store to pick up my 2 tickets, one for the bus and the other for the ferry. Lebus was right across the street, and transportation went smoothly from Suratthani to the port of Donzak, as did the crossing to Koh Samui.
