There was a con at the bus station where the person in the booth wanted to charge us for both suitcases, one is definitely under 20 inches, adked for a measuring tape as we belive the 2nd is also under but she said there wasn't one, argued from 400 baht down to 200. Left a bad taste

Best operator Ive had for the Koh Samui trip so far. The first van turned up at 7.45am instead of 8am which was a bit annoying and put us in a sweaty last minute rush to get our bags down 50 odd stairs and check out but we were ready early so this was OK. The second van was comfortable with reclining seats and everyone fell asleep. Be prepared for the standard random vehicle changes and poor communication but otherwise a good trip

I had double booked the trip from Phuket airport toLomprayah Nathon pier and the other one fromLomprayah to Lomprayah Nathon Pier by mistake my son booked one and I booked another, but had no joy trying to contact you. I did send an email explaining what happened and to get refunded for one of the tickets the one that I did not use from the airport in Phuket My email is sreid3@verizon.net
