Excellent chaperone on the bus, very helpful, helped with bags and making it clear where we were going etc. Plus staff at the bus station very friendly and efficient also. Got to the destination on time, and left on time.

The bus suspension was dreadful, it rocked to fro even on a straight motorway. The suspension needs to be investigated.
