Review: Very Disappointing Experience with 12GoAsia – No Support, No Responsibility We booked a transfer from Novotel Phuket to the Phi Phi Islands through 12GoAsia and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. As instructed, we were waiting at the hotel lobby well in advance. The pickup was supposed to take place in the morning, but the driver arrived far too late. During this time, we could not reach anyone from 12GoAsia, and no proper or clear information was provided to us. We were also not informed that we were expected to be at the pickup point more than 30 minutes earlier. With only 15 minutes left before our ferry departure, and fearing that we would miss the ferry, we had no choice but to arrange a Grab taxi at our own expense. This caused additional costs and an extremely stressful situation. We almost missed the ferry and boarded it under significant pressure. Throughout this situation, no real support was provided by 12GoAsia. We felt completely abandoned and left alone with the problem. Afterward, 12GoAsia refused to take responsibility, did not offer any meaningful solution, and was not willing to compensate us for the additional costs or stress caused. What made this experience even worse was that the response from 12GoAsia was deliberately delayed, seemingly until the review period had passed, so that we were no longer able to leave feedback or a proper review in time. We relied fully on 12GoAsia for this transfer, and that trust was clearly misplaced. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer support is unacceptable. Overall, we are completely dissatisfied with 12GoAsia and would not book with them again. We cannot recommend this service to anyone who values reliability, clear communication, and proper customer support.

Driver was absolutely brilliant, so very helpful and supportive for us travellers who weren’t familiar with the areas and different piers. However the information provided prior to travel was minimal so we weren’t sure which time the second ferry was and were worried we would be arriving late, since the ticket said arrival in Koh Samui at 14.30, but the ferry from Don Sak wasn’t actually departing until 15.00 Otherwise, very good and efficient transport

Everything went so smoothly with the transfer in terms of the company. On time, good customer service & helpful staff. Apart from the very bumping speed boat journey which is obviously not the companies fault that the sea was pretty choppy on the day. Would 100% use this company again

The boat was old and very less space. The seats are very close to each other. The trip was horrible because of the very high waves. But this is not the fault of the team. I am sure they did everything to make it comfortable as possible. Good point the trip was right in time.
