Crossing on December 26, 2025, at 1 p.m. from Rassada Pier to Koh Phi Phi Although the sea was a little rough (but not stormy, just a few scattered waves), the madman at the wheel (he deserves neither the title of captain nor pilot) decided to speed along as if nothing were wrong. After a few minutes of sailing, the crew hurried to move the luggage stored in the bow, which was threatening to fall into the water, to safety inside the boat. After 30 minutes of sailing, the passengers were all uncomfortable. In front of me, a woman was shaking all over and crying, while others were sick. The only solution offered by the crew (upon request!) was to provide sick bags... After visible and lengthy negotiations between a crew member and the reckless driver at the wheel, the latter agreed to reduce his speed, which allowed the passengers to recover... On the windward side, the tarpaulin that was supposed to protect us from the spray had come loose, allowing seawater to splash onto the passengers. Despite several reports, nothing was done to reattach it. However, a crew member gave us a little demonstration by checking the tarpaulin on the leeward side, where no water was coming into the boat (but it was probably easier to show off on that side!)... The passengers on the windward side ended the crossing as wet as if they had been swimming fully clothed! I am an experienced sailor and I fully understand the causes and consequences of this disastrous crossing. The crew was incompetent, more interested in tinkering with one of the boat's engines than in the well-being of its passengers. This crossing will remain the worst experience of our trip around Thailand. Afterwards, my family didn't want to take the boat again! Fortunately, the return trip, with another company, went very well.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Boat overbooked and I had to sit in the back on top of all of the bags with my girlfriend (no seats for either of us). We got soaked in water and it ruined a travel day. Very dangerous and all around horrible experience. I would love a refund. 0 star rating.

The driver was very aggressive from the very beginning and SHOUTED at me just because I was asking where the terminal for the boat is!!! I have testimonies for this severe incidence against me as a client, that is people who were in the same bus. The driver was already very aggressive and hostile from the very beginning at the pickup: he was 30 min too early and was shouting at me because I was waiting in front of the hotel and not at the lobby. A behavior like this towards the clients is unacceptable, we were afraid and felt extremely uncomfortable. Is this normal that you pay for your 12go ride and then the driver shouts at you?!

I booked a trip from Phi Phi to Koh Tao. My phi phi ferry was on time, I reached Krabi and then they delayed for hours at the port until I was taken by cab to the 12Go office. I was made to pay 200THB to the cab driver despite having the entire journey booked. On top of that, once I reached the office they informed that they cancelled my ferry to Koh Tao because they overbooked it. Then they demanded 450THB for the Phi Phi ferry and didn’t provide me with an alternative. I had to then rebook a trip from their office to Koh Tao via an overnight ferry. I lost time, money, I was made to just wait for over five hours in the heat. Horrible service, please do not book with them. I met another couple who had the same issue with them, so it’s not just me.
