Pickup, check in and speedboat ride quite smooth. Sea was clam so easy riding. They could improve by texting a confirmation in the morning with the exact time for pickup. It’s a bit of black box if/when they come.

Overall everything worked out, but we arrived 2-3 hours late in Ko Lanta and it was sometimes confusing where to go. We started in Phuket and took a Bus from there to Krabi. The Bus driver arrived on time and was really friendly. We also did a food stop on our way. Then he left us in Krabi at the Bus terminal to head to a mini van. We didn't know exactly where to go and everyone said something else. In the end we still figured it out and the mini van was 40 Minuts late. Inside the mini van others told us, they waited 4 hours for the van. As soon as we where inside the van, everything else worked out beside the delay. With the van we drove on the ferry and the driver let us out at the pier in Ko Lanta
