Van was on time, had one bathroom break for the ~2.5 hour drive, and got driven to our hotel. The driver was not in the best mood or the most helpful.

Despite the name, the pick up area is not at Phuket airport, you need to take a grab and be dropped in the middle of a highway. The area is super dangerous, there is no clear communication and it's full of trash. On top of risking your life due to the traffic of the highway, the bus was more than 30min late, while asking me to be there "at least 30min in advance". Clearly my most disappointing 12Go experience until now.

Like promoted the pick up at the hotel was very nice no Stress and almost on Time The stops for taking the toilet or buy drinks was no problem.

It was very late, the trip took 1.5 hours more than expected due to this. And also the bus was so full there wasn’t seats for everyone.
