I waited for my driver to arrive at the scheduled pick-up time of 1 PM, but they never showed up. I sent a message via WhatsApp to the provided number, and they informed me that the driver would arrive within the next 40 minutes. However, when that time passed, the driver still did not arrive. I called again and was told there was an issue with the van, and that someone else would be picking me up by 2 PM. After waiting some more and making another call, I was assured that someone would be coming for me. Finally, I was picked up around 2:30 PM, but instead of driving directly to Krabi, the driver dropped us off at a bus stop. This was confusing, and we ended up waiting for 40 minutes for a local bus, which made multiple stops along the way. I didn’t reach my destination until nearly 4 hours later. Save your time and go on the ferry or hire a driver directly.

Fast boat crossing. Unfortunately we needed to wait for late passengers before departure. Really a pity if you are well (40 minutes before departure) on time as requested. I think this is a matter of proper planning. However these people had an entire daytrip booked with the provider, so they just let you wait without any communication…arrival was ahead of schedule, so there is slack in the schedule
