The driver forgot to pick me up, I had to call the hotline and wait one hour, then we changed the driver half way waiting on the highway, we arrived with a delay of 2hours

I booked in the early hours of the morning for a bus at 1pm. I received booking confirmation and paid, at 1pm I was sat waiting for my bus. I thought it was just late but when I called the operator I was told there was no room for me on the bus and that it was my fault because I booked late and that it was my responsibility to call in the morning to confirm my booking after having received confirmation the night before. When I asked why then was my booking not cancelled or why I was not informed in the morning so I could make alternative arrangements, he man had no answer and again told me it was my fault. So no bus came to get me and i had to make last minute arrangements. I haven’t received my money back as of yet.

Unfortunately the speed boat had zero view of the ocean or any scenery. I was hoping for more of a “ferry” experience where you can enjoy the view while en route and this was not.

The trip made me fall asleep it was great lol
Phuket to Ao Nang, Ferry Speedboat, Bundhaya Speed Boat (Bundhaya Speed Boat), Dec 2, 2025

Our original bus was cancelled the evening prior to our trip and we were left to rebook ourselves. We then booked the earlier bus which left late, ironically leaving at a similar time to the original. We love hanging out at bus stations so no problem....The bus appeared to be overbooked with one poor bloke having to stand and a plastic stool was provided for an elderly gentleman to sit in the isle. If you're over 5' 10' and want to continue to use your knees you'll need to sit in the middle back seat so your legs can extend into the isle as the gaps between most seats is very limited. The final leg to our hotel was in a new and very comfortable van.

Trip from Karon Beach to Karon Beach took 5 hours not 3 as per booking. No traffic just lots of stops to pick up people all over Phuket which delayed travel.

The journey was supposed to take 3.5 hours but lasted 6 hours; the driver was very late.
