The 12.20pm bus was at the terminal on time but it did not leave until 1.40pm. No explanation was given. The journey itself was fine.

- Be aware that Phuket airport intersection is not Phuket airport, it’s outside the airport on the highway because this bus connects different cities, not a public transport for airport exclusively. Check the location on the voucher carefully, because there is no counter at the airport you can ask details. Just get a grab car to the bus stop, about 9km away 15min drive. - They informed that my bus broke down so delayed for 2 hours, then the bus came another 15min late with many people already standing due to lack of seats. The driver didn’t really stop at any designated bus stops or any stop button on the bus, I didn’t realize that he just asked in Thai who wants to stop where so I missed the nearest stop to my hotel, make sure you keep checking google maps and find a way to communicate with the driver to stop when needed.
