I ordered transfer from Phuket city (Other hotels) to the Phuket airport. Since there was no place where to indicate my hotel name, I contacted the support team and wanted to find out how I can inform about my pickup location. Driver was 15 minutes late to pick us up. Then as we were driving to the airport he goes to a pier and says he is going to wait for 25 minutes to pick up more passengers, even though we needed to catch a flight. We told him no as we didn’t want to miss our flight. Overall, we got to the airport on time for our flight but I wouldn’t recommend.
