1) Pick up was 30 min late and no one bothered to call or help. In hot sun waiting was awful. 3 buses changed. 2) Solo traveller is treated first. I came first and took window seat but they discriminate very badly and pretend not to understand or care. 3) I asked twice where I can keep luggage mine was a small duffle bag still they didn't. 4) bus was very old, no seat beat for safety and no charging port working. You guys are of no help either. All are terrible.

Communication was poor, no answer to text messages and no greeting at arrivals. Trip itself was nauseating, driver needs driving lessons.

we got kicked out of the bus somewhere else than we booked. had to take an expensive taxi from there. super unpolite service. no way to talk and solve the situation. i am super unhappy with experience.

Was supposed to leave at 5pm but didn’t until gone then left the airport stopped up the road turned around to pick more people up and didn’t end up leaving the airport until 6pm maybe later
