Transfer was ok, hoewever we did book the transfer at a specific time and there was no taxi, we had to wait 20min for the transport. The driver had to ask where we wanted to go, eventhough we already wrote the hotel name on the booking.

I couldn’t find the driver for 20 minutes and there was no easy way to contact the company. My previous ride the driver had confirmed in advance on WhatsApp and kept in touch. The ride itself was fine.

Overall good trip just worth noting the bus drops you at the beach near the bus stop not at the destination stated on the booking (Jungceylon) which is about a 25min walk difference, not too bad expect we had very heavy backpacks to carry that we had packed for a 5min walk rather than 25mins
