Забрали прям из отеля по указанному адресу. Почти в то же время что и на билете. От отеля до остановки доставили на автобусе, от остановки до пирса доставили на мотоцикле, на пирсе без очереди посадили на спидбот. Очень комфортно и быстро. We were picked up directly from our hotel at the address indicated. Almost at the same time as on our ticket. We were taken from the hotel to the bus stop by bus, from the bus stop to the pier by motorcycle, and at the pier, we were transferred to a speedboat without waiting in line. Very comfortable and fast.

Operator was 45mins early, had to sit almost 2 hrs in the shuttle before the actual journey started as he picked everyone up before we started to the actual destination.

I was worried before the trip as nobody contacted me about the pick up from the hotel, the van was 15-20 minutes late ( well it's said in the voucher that the time may change) but after that everything went well, the driver dropped us at the office, we were given the tickets for the speed boat and taken to Samed. We arrived on time

The driver was a little late picking us up however 12Go sent messages to keep us informed. The delayed start did not impact our overall journey

The service was extremely disappointing. The operator was an hour and a half late, and I was put in the back seats of the van where there wasn't even enough legroom. Furthermore, the people with me who weren't in the van paid 450 baht for their seats, while I paid 730 baht. Very disappointed, I was then asked for an additional 200 baht for entry in Koh Samet, even though it was clearly stated that this was already included in the ticket price. It's outrageous. I will never use this company again if I can avoid it.
