It’s very hard to rate as from the port the water looked calm but once we got out onto the open waters it was very rough so the experience of the ride was scary. There were life jackets for everyone but not everyone chose to wear them which didn’t seem to concern the crew. The captain of the boat did a great job in steering given the rough seas, it’s just not an experience I really want to encounter again.

Rough ride but that is because of the weather but on arrival the rain was so heavy and they couldn’t find my luggage I had to wait for a while under heavy rain we were so socket wet

There was no notice that we would be stopping at multiple islands on the itinerary. We just wanted to get to Koh Lipe as quickly as possible. We left late and were dropped off late. If we had known it was going to be longer than advertised, we would have taken more drinks and snacks.

Misleading Booking Experience: I booked another speedboat and paid extra for a more comfortable ride, especially since I was traveling with my toddler. Unfortunately, upon departure, I was assigned to a different, less comfortable speedboat without proper life jackets. This was not what I had expected from the service, and it made for an overall negative experience.
