Directions wasn’t clear how to get to the actual van terminal it’s a huge bus station with no foreigner support or people that speak English to direct you where to go.

I have had many bus rides in Thailand, like 8hr ride and only 10 minutes delay. This one, however was only 2 hrs planned but we had 1 hour delay, due to a broken bus! We could only drive very slow, which was very upsetting!

It seems like bus doesn't have air conditioned as it is very hot. The driver just drop us off somewhere in Pattaya not in the mini bus terminal itself.

Got there 10-15 minutes before my departure time and was told “you late” by the lady at the counter and given a ticket for the minibus leaving 40 minutes later than my original time. I was in fact not late as I sat near the boarding area and saw the minibus leave at the scheduled time. Therefore, they are definitely overbooking these minibuses, so arrive much earlier than your scheduled time to get on it. The minibus ride was okay - the AC wasn’t great, it did take closer to 3 hours to get to Pattaya, and they left us at an entirely different drop off point, but you get what you pay for.
