Marlies If you’re looking for a reliable partner in ferries and transport, this is the place. I noticed a few negative comments, but honestly, those are either from people who have never taken a ferry in Asia or from complainers who will never be satisfied in life.
I’ve taken many ferries before—often they’re old, very late, or there’s no communication at all. With Sudamgo, that’s not the case. They even provide a taxi service to drop you off at your hotel, and you can also travel from Bangkok with them.
The staff is friendly, good English and the boat is in good condition, clean, and they are on time unless external factors interfere.
I’ve tried many companies, and this one is definitely in my top three.
When we were dropped off at our hotel, the staff even carried our luggage right to the door—wow!

Daniel WUnfriendly staff, chaos. It was windy and seems one day ahead, there was an issue with safety on another ferry (different provider). It was obviously that everyone was nervous. But screaming in Thai to western tourists will not solve that. Observed that quite often during my trip. Especially the checking to the ferry was chaos. I'm nice we have been on the ferry, all was fine.

Vien64 NVery organized and quick. Treat airport checking in already has our name in the list. Bus ride was around 45 minutes to Boonsiri ticket office. There you can rest and arrange transport to your next destination. Then a quick trolley ride to the ferry and cross the sea to Koh Kood. Upon getting your luggage at pier, check into agent and they will tell you which song-tail to get in for your stay.

Istvan Everything was perfectly organized, and the driver was waiting for us at the airport as agreed. Unfortunately, we found the driving style to be very dangerous and risky. The driver was excessively fast, with very concerning overtaking maneuvers that made us feel unsafe.
