After being picked up at our guesthouse we (including three kids) had to wait 1,5 hours at the bus station (which would be fine if we hadn‘t pay extra money to book with 12Go Asia)…

I made a mistake because i was in Ao Nang and not Krabi town, and as soon as I realized I got in touch with the operator by whatsapp which told me for another 150 baht they would pick me up in Ao Nang, which I agreed. However the pickup occurred only at 12 and the van only left to Trang by 1:30. The van was below average, very small seats, not comfortable. It made several stops on the way. I understand it might be the norms, here, but i'd have liked to know in advance how the experience would be, so i am just alerting the customers.
