The driver seemed like he was on drugs getting mad at everyone and yelling at people if they didn’t get off the bus the second he opened the door and caused a lot of problems made multiple personal stops to pick up sacs of rice and other things like that was the worst ride I’ve been on in Asia we left an hour late and got there multiple hours late

I never do reviews but I have to for this for how bad this ride was. The bus was hot no room to move but that’s honestly fine as I’m young and it’s what you pay for. The worst part was the driver, he was yelling at people and got in a fight with 2 people on the bus cussing each other out and then stopped the bus for 20 minutes to smoke a cig, then proceeded to drive 40km over the speed limit for the next 50 minutes with children on the bus who were crying they were so scared. Never will use them again TERRIBLE!!!

Horror ride. The bus was one hour late. There was no space left for our luggage, so it was thrown all over the bus during the ride. The bus was incredibly dirty, with mold on the curtains and the ceiling. We didn’t stop even once for a toilet break during the 3.5-hour journey. Even before the ride, we couldn’t use the toilet at the station where we were waiting for the bus because it was in an indescribable condition. Additionally, during the last hour, we stopped every 10 minutes because the bus staff were delivering various packages, such as meat products and whole pigs. One of them was stored under our seat, leaving a stain on the floor...

It wasn't too bad, did the job of taking me from Krabi to Phuket, for very cheap, so obviously don't expect any luxury or even confort. The AC worked okay and there was one bathroom break, so it was fine. On the downside, the bus was quite late, it's a bus for the locals so nobody spoke English naturally which was a bit challenging when I tried to get information on how to catch a city bus in Phuket. The worst was that the seats are so small my and my neighbor's shoulders were pressed together the whole time, sweating against each other... you get what you pay for ;)

The drive was ok however it finished 10-15 minutes walk outside the airport so required a walk with all luggage. This is unacceptable.

If you want to find cheap transportation, and you're ok with being a little uncomfortable, this is for you. But for us: the bus that picked us up was not the one we expected, there was no air conditioning, and the seats were full of luggage. We picked up more people than there were seats, we couldn't sit in the seats properly because of the luggage. The driver stopped many times, so the trip ended up taking 4 hours. He was also carrying some kind of leaves in many bags, which made the bus full of ants, and no space for our luggage. If the luggage could fit, it wouldn't be a terrible experience though.

The ride was on time,but the minivan is very small and uncomfortable..the tires were like flipflop,the suspensions were inexistent (every bump on the road hit everyone like we would hit that bump directly with our asses), but the biggest problem was the smoke..all the smoke from the car's engine got inside the car.. For 3h we put into our lungs everything that came out from that old diesel engine.. For is was our only solution to go from point A to point B, but I wouldn't recommend if there's another choice!!!
