The journey was hellish - either due to choppy waters or due to the driver brazing through the sea like a race car. Not to mention we still reached 2 hours late than the promised time.

So efficient and helpful! Easy communication through what’s app to help find the location and keep up to date. They were really accomodating to me as I had trouble getting to the pick up location and they made sure to pick me up on time so I didn’t miss the van and ferry. Super great company to book with :)

There is a extra charge for the secoond case. No information from.12go about this. Only 20 Kilos, for more, extra charge. Unfriendly lady as Krabi office. Nobody helps with the luggage. Friendly driver, make his job very good.
