The driver did not show up at the time agreed in the contract. A mistake in one letter of the hotel name meant that the driver did not show up, even though the address mentioned in the contract was correct. Despite requesting a refund, I did not even receive a reply. This is theft accompanied by a great deal of incompetence. An agency to be banned.

Driver was great, super friendly and on time but there was no allowance for travellers with luggage. My 21 yo daughter ended up in what could only be called a seat in name only, so to be kind so that older less flexible passengers could travel in relative comfort. She then had to worry if the tower of luggage was going to fall on her. Driver took way too many passengers.

Missing a lot of information in the booking. We got from A to B, so can't complain about that. We had a toilet stop on the way with the van, but sadly not a shop nearby for snacks. Arrived 1 hours before the boat. The boat stops twice on its way to Koh Lipe, so you will arrive over an hour later than planned.. Everyone seemed not to know this and was frustrated by it.

The seats on the bus were very narrow. I was sitting with my 10 year old son and it felt like a squeeze. Transfer to speed boat was smooth. The boat did not have a door in the centre to protect from rain so we were absolutely drenched by the storm that we encountered on the way. The boat pilot raced through the storm and got us to Lipe on schedule!

The van driver was hectic, didn't talk to us, threw trash out his window and he watched YouTube videos on his phone while driving. There was not enough space for all the bags. He just put the bags into a puddle... The speed-boat ride...
