We had an overlay about 1,5h, which was not supposed to. We arrived 2h later as planned. Also the area of the layover was at an area where you can't go for a coffee or Explorer the sourounding. The luggage was to much, and the passengers had to cuddle with their luggages to fit in.

While booking the van it was mentioned we would reavh in 2hr 40 mins. This is false as the driver picks everyone up on the way wasting nearly 1hr to 1hr 30 mins. We wasted half our day because of this false promise and ended up reaching our destination after 4 hours. The van was clean and comfortable but the timing was terrible.

Overall, should’ve been listed as van + van + van, with 2 vehicles changes throughout the trip. Firstly, van showed up 20 minutes late. Then came the first van change, with no communication (a theme throughout the journey). There were multiple other stops which made no sense, for example we swapped van again at a petrol station, then 10 minutes up the road the driver stopped to get petrol - why not just do it at the first one? Then another 10 minutes down the road to buy a drink. Could’ve got 3 birds 1 stone with the first stop. The time listed was ultimately accurate, but only because of the frequent stops, which turned what should’ve been about a 2 hour journey into 4 hours. Back to the poor communication, we were asked what hotel we were staying at (for drop off) 3 or 4 times, only for the driver to try and make everyone get off at the same bus stop. 12GO was good to use, but the local operator was poor - choose a different one (I think we went with Call Me Taxi, even though a van with different branding showed up).

Driver do too many stops (4) on has station to test and toilets. No one ask him for that. So transfer was longer than expected.

Driver wasn’t too helpful and wouldn’t drop some people to their hostel. Felt uncomfortable at a few times throughout the journey due to the language barrier and how the driver came across.

Ok ride. I had to sit up front with the driver. He was not a very happy man. In fact he was downright rude to me when he dropped me off. Pretty much kicked me out of the van rudely. He tried to drop me off at the elephant sanctuary and I told him no this is not it. He got all upset. I showed him the name of my Airbnb and the address again. He then proceeded to drop me off at the right place but was so angry and rude. I have to tell you this was the FIRST time I was treated bad here in Thailand and I’ve been here almost two months.

The trip did not take two and half hours. We were on the road for three and half hours because the driver changed the trip route to drop off one of the customers. PLUS we drove off 50 minutes late because we had to wait for the same guy who we changed the route for. The trip took 4 hours an 15 minutes at the end the guy dropped me off further away from the hotel with my heavy luggage at 10:20 pm on a dusty road to walk to my hotel. It was exhausting.
