***Not Express*** This company has a very different idea of what “express” means. Their definition of express includes multiple island layovers/ stops, changing ferries, and other delays. I have yet to have one trip with this company actually arrive on time or be a truly express trip.

Our driver drove through the Khao Sok national park rather than traveling down the 44 main road which would have been the most direct route. There is no reason that he would need to take this route other than to make a personal stop. He did this to pick up a woman. We stopped at a petrol station and a woman got in the taxi and sat next to the driver. I assume it was his girlfriend. This journey started at 2pm and we arrived just before 8pm which caused a customer to be late for her 8pm flight. This cost her over One thousand dollars and he even refused to stop at the international departures for her. Myself and my partner were also caused financial and practical inconvenience which affected our onward journey. I am requesting a full refund for this trip. The drivers service and conduct was completely unprofessional and utterly unacceptable.

We booked a journey from Koh Tao to Phuket, with Kata/Karon Beach clearly stated on the ticket as the final destination. The first part of the trip was excellent — the ferry arrived about 45 minutes earlier than scheduled, which was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, the second part of the journey by minivan was very disappointing. Halfway through the trip, the driver informed us that he could not take us to Kata or Karon Beach because it was “not his area.” We were dropped off in Phuket Town instead. The driver arranged a taxi for 1,000 baht for three people (we paid 700 baht as there were two of us) and told us to take care of ourselves. This was not what was promised when booking the ticket. If we had known in advance that we would not be taken to the final destination stated on the ticket, we would have chosen another operator. I do not recommend booking this route to Kata or Karon Beach, as you may not be taken there. For reference, the bus company was called “Call Me Taxi.”
