1 hour late. They were unloading my suitcase in Koh Phangan instead of Koh Samui, but luckily I noticed in time.

We were delayed by one hour already once we arrived at the pier in Koh Samui. We sat in the van to the airport. Although the car was totally full and people had to hurry to catch their plane the driver had no rush at all. He waited outside, chatted with some colleagues and made no effort to catch up the delay.

Staff asked me if I need a transport I said yes than they said wait here only to tell me later that they don‘t drive to the airport. If it‘s not workable don‘t tell me to wait!!

Overcrowded at the pier checkin counters. No information about the delay. Unclear if we have to change at Koh Nangan. Otherwise great experience.
