All in all less Information Prior the Trip (where to change, what to Look for) but nevertheless you could find your way easily. Initial pickup was a Bit Late (40 minutes later than in the Information), got a Bit nervous during this time because we had no Information from the driver/Operator itself except of the booking confirmation.

Very unorganised service. We booked vip seating and could not even get a seat together on the boat everyone was having their bags beside taking up up extra seats and wont allow others to sit down, no staff there to manage situations

Between the ferry and the minivan, we waited 1 hour and 30 min. When he arrived, we got the worst seats. Last row, with luggage against the seats, so the seats were tilted forward. Two and a half hours like that... And no way to tilt them backward.

At the end of my booking I often got a message that my payment was declined for no reason. My credit card works as I use it for other purchases. When I email the support group, they are of no help and just says I must book through site. Very frustrating experience.

Very unorganised travel day! After leaving the ferry we got got dropped off at what looked like an abandoned station and was told to wait there, I arrived at 12:45 and didn’t get picked up until 15:40 without no update only being told “20 minutes” whenever I asked. Left out in the heat, no shop for water, no AC, nothing. Then when arriving in Ao Nang driver drove past my hotel to drop eveyone else off then parked across the road from my hotel even though it had a car drive through for drop offs. He told me to get out. I asked why he did not take me to my hotel as I have paid for a hotel transfer and he just laughed at me and told me to get out, he took my suitcase out the van and left it in the road, leaving me in the middle of a busy road having to cross with all my luggage narrow missing passing cars and bikes. My experience was very poor.
