When doing the check-in at the pier, they charged us additional for our 2 year old, despite the booking said children smaller than 100cm are free of charge. Apart of that the transfer went smoothly.

Our plane was 2 hours late. We then had to book everything on site at the port, had to take a private taxi 20 euros and book a speedboat on site in the port, another 20 euros. This can happen to anyone, so I advise you to book everything on site and not through the intermediary!
