During boarding, one of the staff members was extremely unfriendly and unnecessarily aggressive. My girlfriend briefly waited for me because she wasn’t sure where to go, and instead of simply guiding her, he shouted at her in a very rude way. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and really affected our experience. A polite instruction would have been more than enough.

Check in is actually 30 minutes before departure, and not 1 hour which it says on the website. You are not even allowed to check in 1 hour before, so we had to waste 30 minutes doing nothing. Otherwise good experience.

Lazy staff on the boat. The ticket states that staff will assist with boarding and disembarking luggage. It seemed like the ferry was overstaffed, with crew members uninterested and actively avoiding helping struggling passengers. There was a family with young children trying to manage luggage and kids. They were consistently ignored, and other passengers had to step in to help with boarding and disembarking. Most of the staff appeared to be heavily stoned and in a dazed state. There is a duty of care, which was non existent The advertised service did not exist. The tickets are cheap, but if you're promised a service, you should receive it.

My luggage arrived late and I had to rebook the ticket, I could not just pay to change the time of my ticket 2h before boarding- I had to book with another company… One of the taxi ute driverat the port waiting, charged me another double price and dropped me off at the wrong accommodation… the travel agent service wasn’t helpful, as they had to change the arriving port on koh phangan but would help me with my need to get a taxi from there… The taxi driver didn’t know where I wanted to go, even he said very confident he knows!!! He asked for 400 but and dropped me off far away passing my booked accommodation! I had to get a motorbike taxi half way back!
