Do not book a trip with this company! Our trip from koh panghan to koh lanta took 14 instead if 8 hours and was anything but what we booked. The delays were not due to traffic but a pure lack of organization from Lomlahkkhirin. Barely any communication at all from the organizer (often not reachable at all and if so, very unfriendly). I travelled a lot with public busses in thailand and this company is one of the worst i experienced.

The Ferry ride itself was good enough. But the meeting at Samui Airport was incredibly badly organised. Not clear information of where to go. We ask one staff member (in a green t-shirt) who sent us to the wrong place to wait, then I called the hotline, who told me to ask inside the airport information service. Then were told to find someone in a green t-shirt, who send us to a desk were told to wait where the first green t-shirt women had sent us away from. Chaos and hot. Samui airport has not been renovated for at least 25 years. Terribly inefficient and chaotic organisation. 12Go needs to sort this out with the ferry companies and give clearer instruction on the tickets.

The Check in at the pier seemed disorganized. The Staff at the Counter was very unfriendly This two things combined makes us feel very unconfortable. As tourist being the first time in Thailand I would have wished more Support.

Easy to book - just double check which pier you need as there are a few on the northern part of island. Online booking was easy and instant confirmation - QR code sent - at pier scanned in with QR code and boarding pass prints automatically. On ferry - staff offered a transfer on minivan 150B pp - good value as we overheard a couple being charged 400B pp for private taxi.

The transition from land to the ship is very difficult for elderly and disabled people to walk, and to drag a suitcase. On the ship we sat down, our feet don't reach the floor, a 50-minute cruise, very difficult. What's the problem with building a raised platform to put our feet on? The descent to Hadrin was also a nightmare. And you put the suitcases and bags on top of each other, our suitcase was down, crushed, fortunately there was no damage.

We were two adults and two kids—one child is eight years old, and the other is one year old. I understand that babies are usually not charged like adults, but we were fully charged for all four of us. In the end, I paid around 600 baht per person. In addition, we arrived at the airport earlier than planned and I tried to contact the company to see if the pickup could be moved earlier. I couldn’t reach anyone to help—there was no driver available and no one at the counter to speak with. Even though I paid an extra 100 baht for assistance, no one was able to help. Overall, I felt it would have been easier to handle this on my own instead of using an agency. Thank you.

It worked in the end but it was no where written that we had to checkin at the counter. There was only a GPS position included as a spot where we would get picked up. But no body showed up and we needed to go to the counter first. It would be great if this could be reflected correctly in the instructions with the ticket. Thanks.
