I liked the staff's attitude, the condition of the boat and bus, and the fact that lunch was included. However, I didn't like that the travel time to Hua Hin was listed as 8 a.m. - 4 p.m., but in reality, you arrive at 6 p.m. This isn't due to a delay or travel time—it's the actual time. I don't know why they're misleading me. Other than that, I was satisfied.

The boat over to Mainland was very comfortable. clean, modern. No wifi or electrical plugs at the seats but it was comfy. moving from Boat to Bus was a bit awkwardly handled. People were confused about the which exit to use. Staff is not well trained in communicating to the customers where we are supposed to go. All feels handled in the vibe that we have all done this many times. Bus was built for tall people! Enough leg room to not have to sit sideways or put your feet in the way of others. Had power USB plugs for each seat. Got a bread and milk box as well. Cold, bring a layer of clothes.
