We went with Premium Class which has the big couches and you're more comfortable travelling, specifically with the rocking it makes a big difference and the bathroom as well. 2 hours and a it it took us. Ferry is good and staff is friendly.

The seats were comfortable and the ferry was on time, we took a van for hotel transfer as well, although a bunch of idiotic french immigrants annoyed us and got into an argument with them, but it isn't the operators fault ig.

The speed boat trip back to the destination was a bit slower than I expected. Be prepared for multiple stops when departing from Saii Phi Phi Island resort. They also don’t really communicate with you or actively check tickets from my experience, and they nearly put my bag on another ferry. So yeah, pay attention and ask questions ☺️

Smooth check in process, speedboat left on time and was comfortable. Very helpful staff helped to load our luggage on and off the boat, which I really appreciated.

The pickup and dropoff was comfortable.it was a big boat so there was a lot of room. You can enjoy the views from the deck. They have facility for refreshments too. Just keep a check on your belongings and don't leave them at the boat.
