Chaotic boarding. Unnecessarily fast with many hard jumps. Driver seemed to be in a rush to get to the port from the very beginning. I get the service is intended to be fast, but rushing not good at all.

The ride was crazy. The Captain drove the boat as if he had nothing to loose. I personally liked it because it was kind of adventurous. But I can’t recommend for people with children or people that easily get sea sick.

We ordered trip to Phi Phi and Back by speedboat with transfers. Hotel pick up did not come until we phone (they tell us, that we do not have transfers). And when we came back there was no taxi at pier! So we paid for nothing!!! Never again booking trip from this operator!!!!

Departed on time and transfer was near enough around the estimated time of arrival. Friendly staff, no concerns or complaints. Straight forward transfer once off the ferry, with the name of our hotel as the indicator.
