The Speedboot at 10 am was rescheduled to 11 am since it doesn’t even exists at this time. The busdrive was packed. Even the seat next to the drive was used. The drive was alright and on time. The Speedcatamaran started 2 hours late without explanation from the operator. All in all we arrived Ko Tao at 8:45 pm instead of 5 pm. The most receptions on Ko Tao close at 9 pm.

Booked Koh Phi Phi - Koh Tao from 10:00-17:00 with speedboat option from Donsak to Koh Tao. It was overall good. Just the arrival time of the last boat was in fact 17:45 by schedule and 19:30 in reality (I assume because of strong waves, not the company’s fault). There was also no speedboat at that time from Donsak to Koh Tao, everybody had to take the Catamaran.

9:00 am Ferry (Ferry-Minivan-Bus-Catamaran) from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Tao. Worked out quite good, but was a little bit intransparent overall. The bus and the facilities at the collection points were pretty nasty.

Comfortable trip. Boat is a bit rough, but other boats from other companies will be too. Very good service! Even got a sticker so they knew where I was going. You can just show your e-ticket under the green tent on the phi phi pier.

Commuting and transfers very well, boat from phi phi to Krabi really good, service at Tonsai pier excellent. Van ok, but last part was not so good. Started to rain and we were sat upfront by the people in charge. We covered by one towel and one guy too k it with bad manners and saying something bad. At least one of them move to a better place

the departure time was moved 2 hours earlier, citing that the day boat was cancelled. They sent a new voucher with an arrival time of 15:45 instead of 17:30. As a result, we left 2 hours earlier, and the cancelled boat turned out to be a sham. In fact, the arrival time was 17:30, as stated, the departure time was 8:45 instead of 11:00. The trip was 2 hours longer than stated

Great overall. Next time we would leave the pier at 11. We left at 9 but it was ferry + bus + ferry. Had we left at 11am we would have had speedboat instead of ferries and we could have stayed a bit longer for breakfast at phi phi.

Everything was good, except some confusion when arriving to Krabi from Phi Phi. It was hard to find the Van that was going to take us to the boat to Koh Thao. We contacted a WhatsApp number that we found in the confirmation details, and everything was fixed.
