They say small luggage is free, but they charge for carrying it because they say there's no room on the bus to carry it. It rained during the trip, and water seeped into the bus. The ferry and the bus were overbooked. There was no room to sit.

Overall it went well except for the driver who pick us up from the small shuttle bus taking us to the stop where we took the large one, he was really agressive -obnoxious and not nice at all!

They are really nice we had lost a cap we gave them the description of the cap and found it the next afternoon But don't forget to bring something to eat if you have children, because the bus driver doesn't leave you much time to get something to eat, you have to go fast, apart from that, frankly, they're top notch. Very well organized, you don't need to panic about the departure information the night before to know exactly where to go and then it's off on its own. Thanks again to the lomprayah company.

We traveled from ko phi phi to ko Phangan. Ferry/bus/ferry. Everything was well and tightly arranged and on time. At don sak pier a bit hectic but this organization can't do anything about that. You get the ticket to go through the gates. Some little time to eat something on the way so take some food with you for on the way
