*Arrived 2 hours late.* The ferry from Koh Phangan to Surat Thani was on time, but after that, things got confusing. I had to switch between *4 different buses*, with long waits in between—none of this was mentioned in the 12Go itinerary. It should be clearly stated to avoid confusion. The stops were unnecessary.

It was great, but bring a pillow with you or something to rest your head on because the pillow they provide is super hard. It was also a bit confusing for the check in. We took the one at 10 pm and the app said that we needed to be there 30 minutes before and that the booking place closed at 20h so we arrived at 19h30. We ended up waiting till 20h30 to enter the boat. We were first so we could choose a good place. At fisrt, it moves a lot so i don’t recommend it for people with sickness motion. They don’t tell it to you but we had a sleeper boat, a van and then a boat (we wanted to get to Railey Beach but it’s the same process for the other places).

The journey was fine, but the operator wasted a lot of time towards the end. We got to the Krabi bus stop around 16:00, so should've been able to get to Railay before 17:00. Instead we had to wait for an hour just to get a minibus to the pier where we could get the boat to Railay. There were others who were going to Ao Nang and Phi Phi who got minibuses straight away. When we finally got to the pier at 17:15 we were told we had to wait until a scheduled boat would leave at 18:30 for the ten minute trip to Railay, or we could pay them more money for them to take us earlier (it was around 17:30 at this point). This seemed a bit scammy. Luckily around 18:00 the boat decided to leave because a lot of locals were ready to go, but this left a sour taste for 12go, as we shouldn't have to wait for a scheduled trip, or be asked to pay more since we've already paid for the trip in advanced.
