Nina VThe boat was fine, on time and easy ride. But when we came on the pier it was chaos. There was no tour operator from future travel and we asked a few people from other operators and they didn’t know anything. We waited for at least half an hour without any info and saw all the other passagers from the boat leaving in the minivans. Eventually the minivan came and it was again chaos. We were put in a minivan which was full and people got kicked out. The driver was very nervous and tried to put all the luggage in the car which made us all sit not comfortable. We stopped after half an hour and later on we stopped again. We were supposed to arrive at 17.10 but we arrived at 18.30h. We travel a lot and we know things are not always on time (which is fine we are not in a rush, it’s holiday), but they do this daily so you would think it does not have to be such chaos and no communication.

Josefin DWhen I came to the pier the buss left whitout me, everyone told me to wait at one spot and then no one showed up, went to the information desk and they called the company snd said they already left. And I was waiting there the whole time. Had to book a new buss and wait for a really long time. It was not nice at all.

Van2travel were great, Lomparah part of the journey was very unorganised, the staff were nice enough but the journey was chaotic.

Sebastian MOverall positive. Just keep in mind that presented transfer hours are to optimistic. Our route was from Phangan to Ao Nang with estimation of 5 hours (11:30-16:30). The real arriving time was 18:30, an this no due to traffic or other events- this is how normally takes. Aprart of that everything went pretty smoothly with good price. Recommend.

Balazs KWe booked because it said minivan. Of course depending on bookings. It was a big bus full, we picked up people in both ferry ports, waited about an hour until bus was filled up.
Soon after we left bus stopped at petrol Station saying half hour free time. So do shopping... .024420141548E+34;
Instead of 5.10 we arrived at 7.10pm.
No good, don't recommend

Fabienne SThe ferry ride was ok, the rest of it was not.
The organisation was terrible, we didn’t know where to go when the ferry arrived.
When we finally found the van and everybody was inside we stopped after driving for 2 minutes. We didn’t continue the ride for like half an hour. The driver just left the van without a comment. After we finally continued we stopped for a break after just 20 minutes??? While driving, the driver was constantly on his phone, either checking messages or calling someone.
We arrived over an hour late, for no real reason.
