Clare TGreat experience with very helpful staff on boat. Was a bit disorganised when we changed boats but probably due to the large amount of travelers.
Wasn’t aware of any extra support we paid for.

Albinot bad information in e mail and also on pdf. it said no stops dirket speedboat from Lipe to phuket. But we stopped for 1 hour in koh lanta. Which is okay but we was not told that and it dident say no where on the pdf.

Mike The trip itselfwas fine, but the lack of a detailed itinery makes it more difficult and stressful.
It would have been useful to know that when leaving the boat one has to make one's way to the operator's office (nobody meets or guides you) abd also that one has to change buses and re-check in. It is very confusing to be kicked off one bus without knowing why orwhat to do next!
Fortunately drivers and staff are helpful, despite language barriers.
But really, I think 12go should provide a detailed itinerary so that passengers know whatto expect and where to go.

Liam CWe travelled from Koh Lipe to Phuket, met the check in staff at Steak restaurant at 9 and boarded the speedboat at 930, on time which was good, boat ride was fine, about an hour long. We were met by someone at the pier with our names on a board who directed us to a minivan ( we thought this might be the bus taking us to Phuket direct). This was a 10 minute drive where we were dropped off at a local cafe which was the bus stop on the side of the road at about 11am and were told to wait there and the bus would collect us at 1.30pm. We were quite surprised we would be waiting so long for the bus honestly. The waiting area was fine, staff were lovely, there’s a charging ports, bathroom, 7/11 nearby but the room only has fans and it was hottest part of the day. Eventually bus arrived at nearly 2pm and we were on this until 10.30pm so it’s a very long day!! The bus is fine but old enough, no charging ports and weak AC. It makes a lot of random stops and two big ones in Trang & Krabi where you can get off briefly for snacks & toilet. Overall, it was fine but you get what you pay for in terms of duration of travel & comfort! If you can’t hack the 5 hour speedboat direct, this seems to be the only option.

The sea was flat.

Marcel EWe booked a trip from Koh Lipe to Phuket. The speedboat from Koh Lipe to Pak Bara Pier was great - no issues at all. Yet when you get to Pak Bara you have no idea where the van to Phuket is located (no directions are given before hand and no-one meets you at Pak Bara). After you find the van yourself, you’re squished into a van with packages that are dropped off on the journey. A few hours into the trip we were also asked to leave the van at a bus stop and told a different van would pick us up in 30 minutes. We arrived to Phuket over an hour late due to the number of stops on the way to pick up (drop off) packages and other stops for unclear reasons. We weren’t given any water or food during the entire 10 hour journey (there was 1 stop at 7-11 for us to buy our own food/water).
Overall, poor communication and not a great experience for a long journey
