At 9:30am We took 1h30m speedboat to Pak Bara pier. From there a confortable 3h30m/4h mini van (9 seats) to Krabi airport (with a 30m stop at 7/11 in the middle). Arrived there at 3pm (exactly as planned)

I admired boat drivers. With heavy wind, they still drove and were in time, even if our engine broke. But they fixed it quickly (seems like it wasn't the first time). For safety reasons I think safety vests should be mandatory for everyone, it wasn't quite communicated.

The place of embarkation has been changed. When we went there, the other companies told us that our boat would not be coming here. We were finally informed of this change at 8.59am, for a boarding time of 9.00am. We then crossed the island again, arriving at the foot of our hotel where the new boarding point was. Departure was at 9.30 a.m., but we were told that there is never a 9 a.m. departure as mentioned on the 12GoAsia tickets.
