To start with there was great communication from the provider, then we were told the driver would be late due to the ferry but we didn’t receive any updates and they were an hour late. About 20 minutes after getting in the van, the driver (who didn’t speak much English) dropped us off a shop where the staff also didn’t speak English and we waited over an hour in the heat by the road for another vehicle to pick us up. The next driver only said we were going to the airport which isn’t where we wanted to go. So I messaged the provider as they had been prompt with their texts earlier in the day but I was asking if we were going to change vehicles again… and they never replied to any of my messages. So it felt we were being dropped off and picked up and we didn’t really know what was going on but it might what should’ve been a 6 hour journey, almost 9 hours.

The van that picked us up at the hotel just stoped at the Koh lanta Ferry, let us there and we had to pay for the ferry, 100bhts each, and afterwards we found out it was only 60bhts. I paid the full trip, and didn’t expect to pay for the ferry. Not good

The minivan is comfortable, even though the first one didn't have place for backpacks, so if you are in the back it's hard to breath. Anyways, I think it is more expensive than other travel options. But, it was on time

We had to wait 1 hr 15 min for pick up. Pick up scheduled for 9 and we were told to be ready and waiting 30 min early (8:30). Van didn’t arrived until 9:45. And then we have a 1.5 hr wait at the bus station in Krabi for our transfer.

The second leg of the travel stopped so may times and was picking delivery boxes. One time the boxes were so large they did not fit in. We were on time though as the driver was driving quite faster.
