Good. After reading reviews of the site where the negative ones stod out, I was skeptical. Then when sourcing for transportation elsewhere online, the alternatives seemed a whole lot more expensive. So i went ahead with 12go. To my surprise, everything went well. The drivers were ahead of time in picking us up, and our arrivals were also on point. The drivers really floored on the pedal, so at certain instances there were some rapid breaking here and there but then again, even in my country the van drivers are like that so.. i made it back in one piece so I'm not gonna complain lol.

The pick-up was 45 minutes after the scheduled time. On the way, there was a ferry to take, and the line of 100+ waiting cars could only be skipped because I had a plane ticket with a close departure time. Comfort was good and the driver nice.

Our transfer was really relaxed. We were picked up from the hotel on time and then driven to Krabi. The minibus was full, but the driver was really nice; however, we had to pay a surcharge of 300 baht as our hotel wasn’t within the service area. The driver had forgotten to collect the 300 baht from us, though. The company then hounded me and called me several times. Even at 10 pm at night – that’s just rude.
