The driver didn't communicate with us at all, and when we messaged to ask about the pickup time he was extremely rude. He then told us the pick up would be at 7 o'clock and to be ready at the hotel door by that time with no delay. However, we had to wait for over 45 minutes standing there in the mosquitoes with no news from them. When we messaged, they simply ignored us and only responded to like the fourth message we sent, again being rude and telling us to wait and that they'd be there sometime. The drive was alright.
