Departure 1 Hour bevor and we dont know it. 2 Kilometers before we arrive the Hotel, the Driver is going to eat and let us wait in the car for a half an Hour

Pick up to late. Van way to packed, we could not even sit. And the drop off was anywhere in the nowhere not at the promised place. No one helped us. And the driver was very unfriendly and way to speedy/dangerous drive

Booked 11am pickup. Notification said between 11:15-11:40am. Real pickup 11:30am. 12 people in the minivan, air conditioning not really working, very hot. BUT: 2,5h later from Koh Lanta to Krabi Town. Good driver. Line at the ferry quiet long but we skipped as some passengers needed to be at the airport at 1/1:30pm.

30 minutes late, the bus was packed with peoples luggage everywhere. The aircon was not working very well, the bus was very hot for the whole journey. Bus driver was doing his best to get everybody on and their luggage. People really need to be ready on time and not keep the bus waiting for 10 minutes each pick up.

Everything went smoothly. The driver was on time on Koh Lanta and we arrived to Krabi Airport 1h earlier than expected. The driver was polite, drove safely, and the van was comfortable.
