Driver was excellent and efficient - issue came with the communication beforehand. Despite messaging and calling several times, we did not know what time we were being picked up at so made alternative arrangements. Only at the time the van was arriving did we get a response. There is also a hidden charge for certain hotels on the island which are not detailed when buying.

All went well. I suggest counting on it taking 3 hours instead of 2 due to high traffic load on the ferry. Other than that all went well and our chauffeur was very friendly and helpful.

Driver and minivan were all good. But be careful, as the trip was supposed to last 2h from kohlanta to Krabi airport, it took instead 3h15min ! There was a big traffic jam for the ferry, thanks to our great driver, he managed to make us cut part of the queue and then he drove as fast as possible to avoid missing our plane ! Without his help, we would definitely have missed it !

Minivan was stuffed full of people and luggage to get most profit. Few space for the legs even when you are small. Not recommended for longer journeyse.

More than 1 h delay due to very slow ferry Service between Koh Lanta and Krabi Airport. I would recommend to book at least hour earlier then you might think.

We booked a direct boat speedboat from Koh Lanta to Ao Nang paid extra for the convenience of getting there fast. Itinerary said 45 minutes. We left the dock early and thought this was great until we ended up going from Koh Lanta to Phi Phi to Railay and then to Ao Nang. I could have taken a taxi for less cost and same time. Others in the boat said same thing.. they were told it was direct! What if I was trying to make a flight? We also had to switch boats and luggage from one boat to another
