Customer service told me to contact the provider to update my pickup point, but the provider didnt respond for days. 12Go said I need to update the booking on the site, but there was no link to update it. Finally, 12Go updated on their end. Driver was rude and would not let me sit in the front seat even though I get car sick. Just ignored my multiple pleadings to sit in the front and at some point brushed me off with a hand gesture. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

The local operator didn't confirm pickup location and did not respond to multiple calls, texts, and emails. When I emailed 12Go, I got a reply saying they'd look into it, and to contact the operator. Since we had a flight to catch, we had to purchase 3 new tickets locally. The day of transfer, the van shows up and we explained the situation. They refused to refund the 3 tickets, but proceeded to sell every seat on the bus (very crowded and uncomfortable) so they got paid twice for our seats. When I complained to 12Go they refused to refund the extra money collected. Really bad business, really poor service. I recommend you buy from a local business who can tell you where you'll be picked up, not from 12Go. It was a few baht cheaper from the locals.

The transfer in the end was ok, but the advertised time and the reality were off by almost 1:30 hour resulting in us almost losing a plane. Vehicle was a bit old and not very spacious. Driver was driving out as of her was on a racing track (bit of that we were glad given the extreme delay 😅)
