The transfer was fine, however it was unfortunate that when I tried mutiple times Whatsapping them and calling them to confirm the transfer time I did not hear from them until the transfer driver already arrived 30 minutes before expecting them.

Overall good experience. There was engine trouble that meant we got away 20 minutes late. However after that the ride was good and we still got to the destination on time. Very accommodating staff at the destination that were happy to help me get to my hotel.

Really Bad. The Driver wanted to be fast and drove really dangerously. Overtaking in the corner with not much space. As we told him to slow down a bit, he felt insulted and drove only 40km/h where speed limit was 90.

We have booked a van to go from Koh Lanta to Ao nang and after 2 hours the conductor told us to get out the van. After 10 min a man told us now to get in a pickup during 28 min. No information about this, our luggages were directly exposed to the sun on the roof and us at the rear.
