Contacted them 3 times over a course of several days to change to pickup spot, on the number they provided in the booking PDF as a contact number. No response ever. Had to go via 12go to have the pickup spot changed. On the day of pickup, they never showed up. Will definitely never book again and just lost my money.

The driver arrived with 20 minutes delay. Poor communication with the service provider, who would not reply to WhatsApp messages to confirm the transfer until it was 15 minutes late. The van was packed with travellers, fine, but there was barely space to move due to luggage being placed everywhere, including under our legs and in the corridor.

The driver was great and cheerful and even though he didn't speak English well, he tried to communicate often, though we didn't quite understand him. That said, though, we bought 3 seats for 2 people and extra baggage to ensure we 1) are able to transport our luggage and 2) we can have a comfortable ride. Despite the number of seats being cleared with the driver, we picked up 1 more person along the way and we had to give up our seat. Not sure if this was a miscalculation from the start or an impromptu additional passenger, but we were very unhappy with that, because basically paid for one extra person (a whole ticket cost) and then had to give up the seat. I wrote to the transporter directly through whatsapp where they contacted me about the pickup time and despite seeing my message, they never replied nor offered to partially refund us for the 3rd seat we never got to use. I normally always give goof reviews and this ride would have otherwise gotten a good review, despite it being uncomfortable and the driver driving over bumps and holes too fast, having the passengers in the back scream from surprise of the jump. But unfortunately, what started off as a good ride, made our mood turn quickly and get to our destination unhappy, annoyed, tired, and hurting all over from having to carry our luggage in our lap.

They sold more tickets than seats in the Van, so one person had to stand / sit on the floor, and the van was over packed with luggage.

Journey was fine but would not drop us at hotel and other people the same we got dropped krabi district to then get charged extra to hotel even though it didn't say we couldn't in small print so very annoyed
